Este Censo fue organizado por la Oficina de Planeamiento de la Universidad, bajo la direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-administrativa de su Secretario Sr. Domingo Carlevaro y la conducci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del experto de Unesco Prof. Jorge Graciarena.
